What this policy covers
This policy covers the subscription fees you (the property) pay AtithiBook to use our software. It does NOT cover money your guests pay your property — those payments are set by you and handled directly between you and your guest (see "Your guests' payments" below).
Billing
AtithiBook is billed per property, in Indian Rupees. Your plan, your price, and any taxes that apply to it are set out in your subscription agreement before you subscribe, and itemised on every invoice.
Trial / evaluation
You can evaluate AtithiBook in demo mode without payment before you subscribe.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew at the start of each billing cycle. We will not turn on automatic renewal without your clear, affirmative opt-in, and you can switch renewal off at any time.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future billing; your access continues until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. There is no lock-in.
Refunds
Fees already paid for the current cycle are generally non-refundable, because the service was available to you for that period. At our discretion, we will refund or credit a fee in the case of a genuine billing error, a duplicate charge, or an extended service outage that was our fault. To request a refund, email hello@atithibook.com within 7 days of the charge with your property name and the transaction details.
If a payment fails
If a subscription payment fails, we may suspend access after sending you a reminder. Your data is kept for at least 30 days after suspension so you can export it before it is removed (subject to any retention required by law).
Your guests' payments
AtithiBook never collects, holds, or processes money paid by your guests. Guest refunds and cancellations are entirely between the property and its guest, under the cancellation terms the property sets.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; we will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
