1. The Service
AtithiBook, operated by Atithi Book, Sector 19, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302033 ("we", "us", "our"), provides cloud-based hotel property management software. By creating an account or using AtithiBook you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use AtithiBook only for lawful purposes. You must not:
— submit false or fraudulent bookings
— use the service to store personal data about guests without a lawful basis
— attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
— reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service
4. Our Role
AtithiBook is a booking management tool. We are not a hotel, travel agent, or OTA. We are not responsible for the quality of services, conduct, or any disputes involving any property that uses our software. Each property is independently operated and solely responsible to its guests.
5. Your Data
You own the booking and guest data you enter into AtithiBook. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data.
6. Availability
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AtithiBook and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
